Recent Developments in Constitutional Law
The Indian Constitution continues to evolve through judicial interpretations, legislative reforms, and comparative constitutional engagements. In recent years, the higher judiciary has addressed questions relating to fundamental rights, federalism, separation of powers, constitutional morality, and democratic accountability. This issue of Bharati Law Review aims to provide a platform for academicians, practitioners, researchers, and students to critically examine these developments and contribute to ongoing constitutional debates.

- Expanding horizons of Fundamental Rights (privacy, equality, speech, digital rights)

Submission Guidelines:
- Manuscript Types: Research Articles, Case Comments, Book Reviews
- Word Limit:
- Research Articles: 4,000–6,000 words
- Case Comments: 2,000–3,000 words
- Book Reviews: 1,500–2,000 words
- Citation Style: Bluebook (21st edition)
- Plagiarism: Submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Similarity should not exceed 10%.
